ELECTRIC RATES

RESIDENTIAL 
Minimum System Support Charge: $14.00 (This includes no usage)
Plus, all energy used: $0.079 per KWH for June, July, August $0.074 per KWH for September-May

SMALL COMMERCIAL 
Minimum System Support Charge: $18.00 (This includes no usage)
Plus, all energy used: $0.095 per KWH for June, July, August $0.090 per KWH for September-May

LARGE COMMERCIAL 
Minimum System Support Charge: $25.00 (This includes no usage)
Demand reading of 40 KWH or more once in the previous 12 months Demand Charge: $8.55 for June, July, August $7.05 for September-May Plus, all energy used: $0.057 per KWH

OTHER SERVICES
Security Lights: $16.00 for metered security lights plus any electric usage at $0.090, or $8.00 per month for unmetered lights.
Electric Supplies: The City shall sell supplies it stores to electricians and owners at the City’s cost plus 25%.
RENEWABLE ELECTRIC ENERGY RATES
$2.00 per 100 KWH block of renewable wind energy purchased.

GAS RATES

The base rates for delivery of gas service, including delivery charges, transportation and pumping expenses, demand charge (space in pipeline and agreement to have a constant flow of gas available to occupy space) and pipeline balancing fees shall be as follows:

RESIDENTIAL SERVICE

SMALL COMMERCIAL

LARGE COMMERCIAL

w/peak monthly usage greater than 2000ccf at any time within the previous calendar year.

Gas supplies: The City may sell parts & supplies on hand to contractors and property owners at the City’s cost plus 25%.

WATER RATES

FOR ALL CLASSES OF SERVICE

Minimum System Support Charge Per Unit:

$12.20 per month for up to a 1” meter (this includes no usage)

$25.00 per month for over a 1” meter (this includes no usage)

$2.73 per 100 Cu. Ft. of water used

Water supplies: The City shall sell supplies it stores to electricians and owners at the City’s cost plus 25%.

WASTEWATER RATES

NORMAL WASTEWATER CONTRIBUTOR RATE PER UNIT/USER (FOR ALL CLASSES OF SERVICE)

Minimum Support Charge Per Unit: $30.00 per month (This includes no usage) $2.25 per 100 Cubic Feet.

A contributor to the City wastewater system whose use of the wastewater system is not accurately reflected by metered water usage will be charged a minimum usage of 400 Cu Ft or at the request of either the City or the contributor, be billed based upon usage adjusted by measurements of wastewater meter(s) or separate water meter(s) installed and maintained at the contributor’s expense.

ALTERNATE SANITARY SEWER RATE PER UNIT

The charge per E-1 unit shall be actual expense incurred by the City for the equipment and installation of the E-1 system unit. All costs are to be assessed to the customer. The customer shall be required to pay a deposit of one half of the estimated expense of the equipment and installation at the time the equipment is ordered, and the remaining balance shall be due thirty days after installation is completed.

Minimum System Support Charge: $19.00 per month (this includes no usage) and is in addition to the applicable Normal Wastewater Contributor Rate Per Unit/User and rate per cubic feet of water used as set forth elsewhere in Section 113.05 (2) a and b.

GARBAGE COLLECTION RATES

RESIDENTIAL

$19.50 per month for 65-gallon solid waste container & one 95- gallon recycling container

COMMERCIAL

$4.00 per month which is in additional to any charges payable directly to the commercial waste hauler for its services.

ADDITIONAL GARBAGE CHARGES ABOVE BASIC RATES

Additional garbage charges shall apply as provided for in the City’s Solid Waste Collection Contract.
