Are you sick of writing checks, not having a stamp, or do not want to fight the winter weather to pay bills?

If so, you may be interested in our Automatic Payment Plan. The Automatic Payment Plan allows you to have your monthly utility and/or cable/telephone bill automatically deducted from your bank account.

Here is how it works:

We will continue to send you a copy of your utility or cable/telephone bill(s), but it will indicate ÒPaid at BankÓ.

The billing will be deducted from your account 10 days after the billing date on the statement and will appear on your monthly statement from your financial institution.

If you are on the level payment plan (budget-billing), you may want to consider using the automatic payment plan to make your monthly payment.

If you are interested, simply complete the Automatic Payment Plan Authorization Agreement.

Confused about "Account Numbers" and "Transit/ABA Routing Numbers"?

If you have a check or deposit slip, you can find those numbers as shown left. For most of you, the routing numbers are:

  • Bank
  • Routing Number
  • Farmers State Bank
  • 073919416
    First State Bank 073903749

Remember to include any leading or trailing zeros (0).

If you have troubles, Contact your financial institution or the city offices. Please, make sure to include a voided check or deposit slip and the city staff will verify your numbers.

My advise is to right click (PC) or Cntrl-Click (MAC) to download the file to disk. You can then open it with Acrobat Reader. It is possible to open the file inside the browser, but it can cause problems sometimes. If you have a problem or question, please let me know.
