Hawarden Police provide annual fingerprint service
for grade school children

| On Wednesday, January 25, 2001, Officers Mike DeBruin and Chad Krebs of the Hawarden Police Department were at the West Sioux Kindergarten and 1st Grade Center fingerprinting the Kindergarten and some of the 1st grade children. Approximately 60 kids were fingerprinted all together. The fingerprints are either sent home with the children or kept by the elementary school. The Hawarden Police Department provides this service to the West Sioux Schools on a yearly basis. | |
