The energy efficiency program is available again this year.
Requirements:

| Residential Freezer | $25.00 | uses 625 kWh or less, at least a 13.5 cu. ft. in size, cooled by non-CFC refrigerants and resident must trade in or dispose of old freezer |

| Retail Refrigerator | $50.00 | cooled by non-CFC refrigerants, using 840 kWh or less per year, at least a 14.5 cu. ft. size and resident needs to trade or dispose of old refrigerator |
