Hawarden Police Department has filed a complaint and affidavit charging Rodolfo with 1st Degree Murder for the shooting of two male subjects on October 15, 2006.

Rodolfo Delgado Ramos may have suffered injuries from a motor vehicle accident while fleeing the crime scene. Possible head and facial injuries.

Unconfirmed information has been received that Rodolfo Delgado Ramos has relatives in the Omaha or Lincoln area.

Authorities have also issued a Material Witness warrant for Rodolfo’s brother Enrique Delgado Ramos. Enrique Delgado Ramos is described as a Hispanic male 6’ tall, 180 pounds, and date of birth 12-14-1987.

            No vehicle information is available. A weapon has been recovered by authorities but Rodolpho Delgado Ramos should still be considered armed and dangerous.
