ORDINANCE NO. 602

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HAWARDEN AMENDING TITLE 3, CHAPTER 3.02, OF THE CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES ENTITLED "AMBULANCE SERVICE AND MATERIAL CHARGES" PROVIDING FOR A REPEALER, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

BE IT ORDAINED By the Hawarden City Council that:

Section 1. Chapter 3.02 of Title 3 is hereby amended as follows:

Section 2. Repealer. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

Section 3. Severability. If any section, provision, or part of this ordinance shall be adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any section, provision, or part thereof, not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional.

Section 4. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in effect after its final passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
