ORDINANCE NO. 586

AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN ALLEY

BE IT ORDAINED By the Hawarden City Council that:

Section 1. The 16 ft. wide by 150 ft. long east-west alley located on the west side of Avenue F between 17^th and 18^th Street, legally known as the 16 ft. alley between Lots 3 & 4, Block 29 of the Calliope Addition to Hawarden is hereby vacated.

Section 2. Repealer. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed.

Section 3. Severability. If any section, provision, or part of this Ordinance shall be judged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the Ordinance as a whole, or any section, provision, or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional.

Section 4. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in effect after its final passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
