ORDINANCE NO. 585

AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF AN ALLEY

BE IT ORDAINED By the Hawarden City Council that:

Section 1. The North 7 ft. of an east-west alley located on the east side of Avenue E between 12^th & 13^th Streets specifically located between lots 9 & 10, Block 61, Ames Second Addition to Hawarden is hereby vacated.

Section 2. Repealer. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed.

Section 3. Severability. If any section, provision, or part of this Ordinance shall be judged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the Ordinance as a whole, or any section, provision, or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional.

Section 4. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in effect after its final passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
