ORDINANCE NO. 584

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HAWARDEN CREATING A NEW TITLE "3" OF THE CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES ENTITLED "MISCELLANEOUS" AND CREATING A NEW CHAPTER "3.02" WITHIN THE TITLE ENTITLED "AMBULANCE SERVICE AND MATERIAL CHARGES" PROVIDING FOR A REPEALER, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

BE IT ORDAINED By the Hawarden City Council that:

Section 1.The following new title and chapter are hereby created:

Section 2. Repealer. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with the provision of this Ordinance are hereby repealed.

Section 3. Severability. If any section, provision, or part of this Ordinance shall be judged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the Ordinance as a whole, or any section, provision, or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional.

Section 4. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in effect after its final passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
