AN ORDINANCE REVISING ELECTRIC RATES
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Hawarden, Iowa as follows:
Section 1. Amendment. Chapter 12.12 of the Hawarden Municipal Code is hereby amended as follows:
12.12.010(c) Monthly Charge.
- Service Charge: $16.17
- Plus all energy used:
.0397 per KWH.0409 per KWH
12.12.020 (c) Monthly Charge.
- Service Charge: $18.79
- Plus all energy used:
.0527 per KWH.0543 per KWH
12.12.030(c) Monthly Charge.
- Demand Charge: $ 3.24
- Plus all energy used:
.0384 per KWH.0396 per KWH
12.12.030(g)(2) Interruptible Rate.
- Demand Charge: $ 0.97
- Plus all energy used:
$.0384 per KWH.0396 per KWH
Section 2. Repealer. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. Severability. If any section, provision, or part of this ordinance shall be adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any section, provision, or part thereof, not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional.
Section 4. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in effect after its final passage, approval, and publication as provided by law.
