Wednesday, January 3, 2007 at 5:30 P.M. The council meeting was called to order at 5:30 P.M.Present:  Mayor Porter, Council Members: Borchers, Jacobs, Hedden, Cauwels

Staff Present:  Public Works Director, Tom Kane; City Administrator, Jason Metten.

Staff Absent: Chief of Police, Mike DeBruin; Chris Myres, Economic Development Director; Sharole Rens, Finance Director; Jim Pickner, City Attorney

  Agenda Items

1. Strategic Planning Discussion – City Administrator, Jason Metten gave a power point presentation going over the 2007-2008 Goals and gave a update as the progress of each project and goal, and also went over a Master List of Goals and Objectives in Public Works, Public Safety, Community Development and Economic Development for future goals and projects.

Motion by Cauwels/Hedden to adjourn.  Motion carried unanimously. Council Meeting adjourned 8:08 P.M.
