The Council Meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m.
Present: Mayor Porter; Council Members: Borchers, Harvey, Cauwels.
Absent: Councilman Lubkeman, Nohava.
Staff Present: Craig Coffey, City Administrator;
1. Budget Workshop With Staff. Mr. Coffey presented the proposed budget and explained changes in each of the funds. Council asked various questions regarding the Equipment Replacement Fund and gas purchases.
Councilman Nohava was recorded present at 7:25 p.m.
Moved by Harvey/Borchers to adjourn. Motion carried unanimously. The Special Council Meeting adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
