The Council Meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m.
Present: Mayor Porter; Council Members: Nohava, Borchers, Lubkeman, Cauwels.
Absent: Councilman Harvey.
Staff Present: Craig Coffey, City Administrator; Jim Pickner, City Attorney
Staff Absent: Tom Kane, Public Works Director; Chris Myres, Telecommunications Director; Sharole Rens, Finance Officer; Mike DeBruin, Police Chief.
1. Resolution 2004-66 - Approval of Mortgage Subordination Agreement for the Hawarden Harvest Inn Motel Project. Mr. Coffey presented a mortgage subordination agreement for Jeff and Robin Hisler, for the purchase of the Hawarden Harvest Inn Motel. Moved by Cauwels/Nohava to approve Resolution 2004-66. Aye: Nohava, Borchers, Lubkeman, Cauwels. Nay: None. Motion carried unanimously.
Moved by Lubkeman/Cauwels to adjourn. Motion carried unanimously. The Council Meeting adjourned at 4:45 p.m.
