The Council Meeting was called to order at 7:10 p.m.
Present: Mayor Porter; Council Members: Borchers, Harvey, Nohava.
Staff Present: Craig Coffey, City Administrator/City Clerk.
1. Public Hearing of FY 2003-04 Budget Amendment. Mayor Porter opened the public hearing continued from May 26th, 2004. No one was present to speak. No written comments were received. The public hearing was closed.
2. Resolution 2004-43 Adoption of Fiscal Year 2003-04 Budget Amendment.
Moved by Harvey/Nohava to approve the Resolution 2004-43. Yea: Harvey, Nohava, Borchers. Nay: none. Motion carried unanimously.
Moved by Harvey/Nohava to adjourn. Motion carried unanimously. The Special Council Meeting adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
