The meeting was called to order at 6:00am.
Present: Mayor Jacobs, Council members: Woodley, Kallsen, Dorhout.
Absent: Harvey, Cauwels (was out town)
Staff Present: Craig Coffey, City Administrator/Clerk; Tom Kane, Supt. of Public Works
Other: Mr. Bruce Odson, from "The Independent"
1. Discussion of Telecommunications Director Position. Discussion picked up from the previous meeting on the qualifications of the applicant desired to replace Ms. Anderson. Pending and past projects were discussed as well as what might be expected in the future. The make-up of the hiring committee was discussed also. It was discussed how the City Administrator will begin preceding in the hiring process. No action was taken other than the discussion.
2. Closed Session to Discuss Personnel Matters (If Necessary). A closed session was not necessary.
The meeting was adjourned by Council acclamation at 6:35 a.m.
