The meeting was called to order at 6:00pm.
Present: Council Members Kallsen, Dorhout, Cauwels, and Woodley.
Absent: Harvey.
Staff Present: Craig Coffey, City Administrator/Clerk; Tom Kane, Public Works Superintendent; Mike DeBruin, Police Chief.
1. Public Hearing City of Hawarden FY 2000-01 Budget.
The public hearing was opened at 6:00 pm.
No one was present to speak on the budget.
The Council Members were polled and asked if anyone had commented to them or if they had new questions on the budget. The Council Members individually indicated that they had not received any comments and did not have any new questions.
The City Administrator presented two letters that he was planning on sending out and discussed the purchase of laser level while waiting.
No additional comments were received. The public hearing was closed at 6:15pm.
2. Resolution 2000-4 Approving the City of Hawarden FY 2000-01 Budget. Moved by Cauwels/Dorhout to approve Resolution 2000-4. Motion carried unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned unanimously by consent at 6:20pm.
