SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEET1NG

The meeting was called to order at 8:00 a.m.

Present: Mayor Jacobs; Council Members; Kallsen, Dorhout, Harvey, Woodley, Cauwels.

Staff Present: Mr. Clarence Krepps, Facilitator; Craig Coffey, City Administrator/Clerk; Patty Anderson, HITEC Director; Tom Kane, Supt. of Public Works; Mike DeBruin, Police Chief.

1. Strategic Planning Workshop. Mr. Krepps facilitated the session, which involved goal setting and consensus building.
2. Approval of Strategic Planning Goals and Objectives and/or Strategic Planning Results. Various priorities were set for the next three years.

A summary of the session is included in the report written by Mr. Krepps dated January 28, 2000, which is hereby incorporated by reference. No public was present at the meeting and no formal action was taken.

The meeting was adjourned unanimously by consent at 1:15 p.m.
