Ordinance No. 512, adopted May 1, 1989, designated the Urban Revitalization Area for the City. Ordinance No. 625, adopted May 12, 2004, extends the expiration date for the Urban Revitalization District’s Tax Abatement. These ordinances, not codified herein, are specifically saved from repeal.
