The City of Hawarden owns and operates seven utilities, including a Hybrid Fiber-Coax communications system capable of providing anything from cable modem service to T-1 and direct fiber connections to your business.  Our rates are regularly below the national average; and, because the residents of Hawarden own the utilities, we have the flexibility to provide your business with whatever services you may need when you need it.
